2008 Bookings

All bookings (including package deals from the mainland) are made direct with Stage Door Theatre Restaurant Box Office and paid for at least one week in advance.  If a booking is not paid for one week prior to the show Stage Door reserves the right to re-book the table.

The price is $75 per head
Package from the mainland $99 per head
(Mainland package includes return ferry and island bus transfers)

Both prices include a three course alternated set meal (see current menu) and two 40 minute comedy cabaret shows (see Event Calendar for current show).
Please let Stage Door Box Office know if you have any special dietary requirements at least one week prior to the show For eg: Vegetarian, Celiac, Allergies etc.
We are fully licensed.

Xmas Show 2008 Pricing: $75 per person for a 3 course dinner and two 40 minute Cabaret Shows.

New Years Eve 2008 Pricing: $150 per person for an 8 course "Degustation" menu with 3 live Cabaret Brackets, Dancing and a 2 AM License.

(Stage Door does not offer children’s prices or children’s meals –
the show is not suitable for children under 14yrs)

GROUP BOOKINGS

Groups over 20 people must pay in full at least two weeks prior to the show date.
We only accept one payment per table.
For groups over 30 people we offer a discounted price of $70 per head and $94 per head for the package from the mainland including all of the above.
If your group would like to book a night other than Friday and Saturday (bookings over 50), please talk with the Booking Office and we can arrange it for you. 

PACKAGE FROM THE MAINLAND
$99 per person
The package includes the return discounted ferry; bus transfers on the island to the door, a three course alternated set meal (see current menu) and the two 40 minute comedy cabaret shows (see Event Calendar for current show).
All bookings go direct to Stage Door Theatre Restaurant Box Office as above. 

The dinner and show is based around the 6pm ferry to the Island
on Friday and Saturday night and returning on the 10.35pm Ferry to the mainland. See below for alternate travel times

(The Magnetic Island Bus picks you up at the Nelly Bay Terminal from the 6pm ferry and delivers you to the door and returns you for the 10.35pm ferry back to the mainland).

If you choose to travel earlier in the day or the day before the date of the show and/or decide to stay over on the Island and return the day after, your ferry tickets are still valid – just let the Box Office know of your plans for the trip over.

(Your bus ticket is only valid from the Ferry Terminal to Arcadia and return).

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept payment four convenient ways:

Credit Card: CLICK HERE to pay on line now! (As with all credit card theatre bookings, a small 2.75% fee will apply to on-line credit card payments) We currently do not accept credit cards over the phone.

Direct Deposit: Queensland Country Credit Union, Member No: 662999 BSB 704-640 Name: “Stage Door Enterprises Pty Ltd”. (PLEASE send email advice of the amount and details to info@stagedoortheatre.com.au if you are paying by this method)

Cheque: Made out to “Stage Door Enterprises Pty Ltd” and posted to 32 Gifford Street, Horseshoe Bay 4819 (include a detailed note of the name of the booking and how many people you are paying for and if there are package deals from the mainland included as well as your full contact details).

In Person: You can drop in to Stage Door Theatre Restaurant after 5pm on Friday or Saturday night at 5-7 Hayles Avenue, Arcadia to pay by credit card or in cash.

REFUND POLICY

Stage Door Theatre Restaurant does not offer refunds.  We will gladly offer you credit for another dinner show to the same value if we receive 72 hours notice OR in the event of severe inclement weather where Ferry Services have been cancelled.
